At TripleSuede, every piece is crafted with care and precision. We work with trusted manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our production and processing stage.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Since many of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and order volume.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

TripleSuede reserves the right to cancel or delay orders in case of unforeseen circumstances, including stock issues or technical errors.


2. Shipping Timeline

After processing, orders are shipped through our logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Time (India):

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–9 business days after dispatch

  • Remote Areas: 6–12 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • TripleSuede may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
You can use this information to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping may involve additional charges.


6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner issues

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

TripleSuede is not liable for delays caused by external factors but will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@triplesuede.com.

  • Share your order ID along with photos or videos of the package/product.

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

TripleSuede will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


9. International Shipping

Currently, TripleSuede ships only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
