1. When Can You Request a Return?

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product, or

  • You received the wrong item compared to your order.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, simply:

  • Account Page: Login into your TripleSuede account page and select the items to be returned. After selecting you can click on the 'return request' option on the top right.
  • Return Request: Once the return request has been placed you will receive the confirmation through your email once the request has been accepted. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
  • Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. What Happens After Approval?

Once your request is approved:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement for the product, or

  • Offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after verification.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
